The Better Cornua {thyro-hyal) venture backwards from the lateral surfacesof the physique ; they're flattened from above downwards, diminish in dimension frombefore backwards, and terminate posterioily in a tubercle for the attachment ofthe lateral thyro-hyoid ligament.
