There's a restlessness inherent in CALLE 13, the viewer instantly is aware of they're coming into a harmful space, an area stuffed with unresolved stress, the place something may occur. The suspense is excruciating. To raised painting these sensations, we opted to recreate idents and promos that crack and break, similar to glass. Sharp angles, odd reflections and sudden flashes of shine are the graphic protagonists, accompanied by a really sombre palette of night-time blues, grays and blacks.
